A recent study conducted by Unitversity of Otago found that about 35000 New Zealanders are clinically severe hoarders.
I was reading a report on this survey which stated that severe hoarders find it very hard to throw away any possession regardless of what it was or what it's value was. I find this so interesting because I believe most of us have a bit of "Hoarder" in us.
I mean even myself who is very good at decluttering unnecessary stuff, still manages to hold on to items that are of no real use to me but I still have an attachment and find it hard to let go.
Saying that I am happy with the possessions I have in my life and home, they are not extreme, I keep some stuff that perhaps I don't need but I am make an effort to remove stuff that is of no use to me anymore, my home is fresh and clean and the energy is fantastic. I have many people pass through my home and it is really interesting to hear that they also feel the energy in my home.
